We're seeking an accomplished sales professional to spearhead the growth of our Developer Experience platform. This entails developing strategic plans to drive revenue and forge meaningful relationships with senior-level clients.
Responsibilities- Pursue high-growth opportunities in DevExp sales through targeted go-to-market strategies.
- Cultivate territory plans tailored to customer needs, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Establish rapport with C-level executives and decision-makers, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closure, effectively managing various stakeholders.
- Advocate for customers, providing actionable feedback to enhance solutions and sharing insights with product, marketing, and R&D teams.
- Generate high-quality leads and acquire new customers by collaborating with direct sales teams and channel partners.
- Forecast and report on revenue opportunities, tracking deal progression.
- Promote tailored solutions that address client challenges, working closely with channel partners.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in enterprise sales within DevOps, software development tools, application lifecycle management, and solution sales.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC as a sales methodology.
- Demonstrated success in surpassing sales targets, coupled with effective sales techniques.
- Ability to build lasting relationships with senior decision-makers in DevExp within large enterprise customers.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- A collaborative mindset with experience working with extended sales teams and channel partners.
