About us

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and coach a team of consultants.

The successful candidate will oversee the team's performance and quality, explore new opportunities and growth areas, mentor and train junior staff members, and provide advice and coaching on case management practices while managing a caseload of their own.

Key responsibilities include identifying return-to-work barriers and designing, implementing, and monitoring programs that assist injured employees in returning to the workforce as required.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have qualifications and registration in one of the following fields: occupational therapy, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, chiropractic, psychology, social work, or rehab counseling. You will also need a current vehicle and driver's license, ability to travel for work, and at least 2 years experience in workers' compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation.
