- Conduct thorough assessments of team members' competence against job standards and criteria.

- Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safe work practices.
- Pursue continuous improvement of systems and processes.
The successful candidate will have:
- Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching, and managing teams to achieve objectives.
- Proven ability in effective performance management.
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills, including prioritization and task management.
- In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Operations/Distribution Centre Operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to develop and maintain productive relationships with team members and management.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems such as WMS and TMS.
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft suite.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
- Demonstrate resilience in meeting challenging targets and deadlines.
