Team Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Team Supervisor to join our Heathwood Chilled and Frozen Distribution Centre team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a large team to achieve production targets and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the performance of a large team to meet production targets and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Daily management of the business to achieve planned KPIs, cost outcomes, safety measures, performance standards, and service levels.
  • Complete administrative tasks associated with managing the team, including leave, time, and attendance, and injury management.
  • Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching, and managing teams to meet objectives.
  • Strong planning and problem-solving skills, including prioritizing and managing multiple tasks.

  • Possess a proven history in coaching and mentoring others.
