Key Responsibilities

You will oversee operational activities to ensure quality and efficiency. This includes optimizing vessel capacity, advising on operations, and controlling budgets. You will also develop internal controls and policies to enforce operational excellence and reduce leakage.

  • Manage operational activities to achieve quality and efficiency targets;
  • Optimize vessel capacity utilization and standardization;
  • Control assigned budget and seek cost efficiency measures;
  • Develop and maintain internal controls and policies;
  • Deal with non-conformities and cooperate with regulatory bodies;
  • Develop new-build strategy and input to contract concept selection.
About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has project management experience or marine related certifications;
  • Has experience in the marine industry, preferably in hydrography or coastal surveying;
  • Has extensive supervisory or management experience with several direct reports;
  • Is flexible, reliable, independent, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment;
  • Can manage projects with varying nature and scope, with strong change management skills;
  • Has strong organizational capabilities to build relationships with team members and inspire them.
