Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Records Specialist to join our client on a 6-month contract. This role is focused on supporting the administration and maintenance of their electronic Document and Records Management System (eDRMS), including SharePoint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the eDRMS, ensuring correct application and maintenance of access protocols.
  • Manage physical records, including filing, archiving, retention, and disposal processes.
  • Provide training to staff on records management systems and practices.

About You

  • You have experience in maintaining electronic records management systems and procedures.
  • You possess knowledge of records management principles, including content management, filing systems, and naming conventions.
  • You have experience with physical archiving, including the retention and disposal of records.
  • You can deliver training and support to internal staff on records management practices.
  • Prior government experience is highly regarded.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
