About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Finance Specialist to join our team at Crown Worldwide (Australia) Pty Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and finance tasks within the Billing team, including data entry, invoice verification, and reconciliation.

This is a part-time job share role with a competitive salary and superannuation package. Our office is located in Mt Waverley, Melbourne.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing incoming and outgoing invoices and verifying them for accuracy and payment status
  • Data entry and maintenance of financial records
  • Creation and reconciliation of outgoing invoices against incoming supplier invoices
  • Monthly reporting and Consolidated Invoicing
  • Assisting in resolving AP/AR enquiries
  • Performing other adhoc tasks as necessary

We are looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be highly proficient with Microsoft Office and various financial systems.
