Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage leasing agreements, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new leasing opportunities and negotiate favorable terms.
- Develop and maintain accurate leasing databases and reports, providing insights into portfolio performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Proven experience in leasing administration or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
