**Job Title:** Portfolio Leasing and Licensing Specialist">

The Portfolio Leasing and Licensing Specialist is responsible for the management of leasing transactions, administration, and oversight across various portfolios. This includes negotiating, drafting, and providing advice on leasing matters as well as arranging the execution of documents.

This role reports to the Team Leader and involves hands-on property management responsibilities including lease administration, stakeholder management, critical date management, contract management, risk management, and general portfolio administration duties.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead the negotiation, drafting, and execution of lease agreements for leased-in properties; provide advice and recommendations to management on leasing matters.
  • Contribute to the development of office processes for the suite of lease/licensing activities including critical date management, performance management, lease negotiation, and execution, and other related functions.
  • Respond to queries, provide timely advice, undertake follow-up actions, and identify emerging administrative functions, pre-planning, and evaluation.
