Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail oriented Lease Administrator to join our fast-paced, high-volume lease management team. This role supports the management of our lease portfolio across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming property-related mail
  • Monitor and pay Base Rental Reviews in accordance with lease terms
  • Calculate Percentage Rentals payments and audits
  • Review payments for rates, taxes, insurance, and extended trading hours charges
  • Distribute Insurance Certificates
  • Collaborate with landlords and internal departments to resolve lease-related issues
Requirements
  • 3-5 years' experience in lease administration, preferably in retail or commercial real estate
  • Strong understanding of lease terms, data integrity, and validation, and lease-related financials
  • Excellent communication and literacy skills, with ability to liaise, influence, and communicate effectively at all levels
  • Proficiency with Lease Management software (Progenesis or similar)
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple leases and deadlines
