About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at Accor Apartments & Realty. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide Warm and Welcoming Service: Create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for our guests, ensuring they feel valued and cared for throughout their stay.
  2. Expertise in Food and Beverage: Showcase your knowledge of our culinary offerings, making personalized recommendations to enhance our guests' dining experiences.
  3. Upselling and Cross-Selling: Confidently communicate with guests to craft unforgettable experiences, highlighting the value of our services and products.
  4. Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery, maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  5. Product Knowledge and Sourcing: Proactively seek information to increase your knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest offerings and promotions.
  6. Space Management and Setup: Take pride in maintaining our service areas, setting up and packing with meticulous attention to detail.
Requirements
  1. Customer Service Experience: Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service within the hospitality sector.
  2. Food and Beverage Expertise: Proficiency in food and beverage protocols, including table service, beverage expertise, event service, and coffee crafting skills.
  3. Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to work in diverse food and beverage settings, with flexibility across different schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  4. Qualifications and Certifications: Possession of a valid RSA or equivalent qualification for the specific country, state, or territory.
  5. Passion for Hospitality: Passion for engaging with patrons and collaborating within a team of diverse professionals.
