Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Service Associate. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional levels of customer service and providing food and beverage services to our visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly, efficient, and effective customer service to our visitors, ensuring a positive experience and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages using hygienic food handling processes, and provide table service as required.
  • Point of Sale Operations: Use Point of Sale terminals to conduct business transactions, including cash handling and providing high levels of customer service.
  • Knowledge and Information: Provide relevant and accurate information to visitors regarding activities, features, and facilities available at the Port Arthur Historic Sites and the surrounding regions.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Actively participate in and contribute to our team's Work Health and Safety processes, and promote and maintain our organization's Vision, Purpose, and Values in all contact with visitors and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Certificate in Hospitality or Retail or Tourism, and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
