Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless food and beverage experience for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for every guest, setting the tone for their stay with us.
  • Prepare and serve food and drinks to a high standard, highlighting promotions and menu items to our guests.
  • Work closely with our Kitchen and Front Office colleagues to deliver a truly seamless food and beverage service every time.
  • Stay up-to-date on menu offerings and promotional activities to provide informed recommendations to our guests.

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Bar and Barista experience is advantageous, but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Current RSA Certification and full working rights in Australia.
