About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Service Associate. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take food and beverage orders and serve guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Set up and pack down the restaurant and bar area following service periods
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner and with a high standard of customer service
  • Maintain and follow health, safety, and security procedures at all times
  • Present yourself in a professional manner, with a high regard for personal grooming

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar position is advantageous, but not essential
  • Passion and enthusiasm for work in the hospitality and food industry
  • A valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Australian working rights, with the ability to work across a varied roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
