Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at Hilton Worldwide, Inc. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our menu offerings, including food and beverage preparation and service.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a 4/5-star hotel or restaurant.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service.
  • Ability to remember and recite menu items and promotions.
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
