Operational Relief Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operational Relief Manager to provide support across our multi-site holiday parks in Victoria.

This is a critical role that involves relieving team leaders and members during times of absence, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery in line with industry best practice.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, garden upkeep, and facilities maintenance throughout the park.
  • Managing staff, residents, and visitors effectively, providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Conducting site audits, including kitchen inspections, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

About You:

  • You have exceptional administrative and financial management skills, with the ability to identify problem areas and take initiative to resolve them.
  • You possess strong communication skills, with the ability to reason with people and work well under pressure.
  • You have experience in managing maintenance of buildings and grounds, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • You are self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • You hold a current First Aid Certificate and Fire and Emergency Evacuation Accreditation.
