Are you passionate about the tourism and hospitality industry?

Do you possess a range of practical skills suitable to a caravan park environment?

We are looking for a Caravan Park Management couple/team to join our Breeze Holiday Parks - Eildon, where one person has experience in front office and customer service and the other in grounds/maintenance. Previous experience in an accommodation management role is required.

The position will require you to deal with the day-to-day management and operations of a caravan park.

A successful applicant will posses the following traits:

- Exceptional customer service, sales & public relations skills.
- Responsive to customer's needs with excellent problem-solving ability.
- Motivation & management of staff.
- Knowledge of RMS9+ or similar booking software (training available if no previous experience).
- Computer literacy.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Strong practical skills in landscaping, property & facilities maintenance.
- Assistance with development of landscaping and upgrading of general park facilities as required.
- Equipment maintenance, including pool, plant and power tools.
- Minor construction of park buildings, cabins and caravans maintenance.
- Experience in managing budgets.
- Excellent organisational & time management skills.
- Enthusiasm & attention to detail.
- Weekend and public holiday availability is essential.

A competitive annual salary will be offered based on previous experience and suitability to the role. This will be reviewed annually. Performance based incentives will also be available dependant on meeting KPI requirements.

As part of employment, you will be granted permission to occupy the onsite residence. Rental and utility fees will be calculated into the remuneration package offered to a successful applicant.

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- On call

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

- Eildon, VIC 3713: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
