About the Holiday ParkLocated in a cul-de-sac, our park offers a natural bush setting and easy access to local shops, cafes, and restaurants. With options ranging from bunk cabins to three-bedroom deluxe villas or powered/unpowered sites, we cater for short stay guests or larger trailers up to 25 metres with limited drive-through sites.
About the RoleWe seek an experienced and professional Holiday Park Manager to oversee the successful operation of our park. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage staff, finance, and resources, support construction and development teams, conduct weekly inspections, collect outstanding payments, and address emergency situations when necessary.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you should have a background in tourism, property, sales, or venue management, and be passionate about the tourism industry. Demonstrated experience in managing similar assets, operational and project management skills, proficiency in using Newbook or similar booking software, excellent communication skills, and ability to exceed expectations to meet company objectives and ensure customer satisfaction are essential requirements.
