Join BIG4 as a Park Engagement Coordinator

Are you passionate about tourism, digital platforms, and building strong partnerships? BIG4 is looking for a proactive and motivated Park Engagement Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the success of our parks across Australia.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our network, supporting parks through onboarding, digital optimisation, stakeholder engagement, and performance analysis. You'll work closely with internal teams and park operators to ensure every park maximises its potential on and within the broader BIG4 community.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinating parks through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition into the BIG4 network.
  • Support parks to enhance their content optimisation and digital performance.
  • Managing engagement workflows and lead qualification
  • Administer workflows and coordinate Salesforce processes to keep engagement running smoothly.
  • Analyse performance data and deliver clear reports that highlights opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify new opportunities that boost park success and strengthen the BIG4 brand.

What You'll Bring

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and CMS platforms
  • Working knowledge of SEO and property management systems (Newbook/RMS preferred)
  • Experience in tourism or franchise-based environments highly regarded
