About this Role

This position involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness across rooms and shared areas. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness across rooms and shared areas
  • Replenishing supplies, tidying storage areas, and checking appliances
  • Safely disposing of waste and reporting any maintenance needs
  • Respecting guest privacy and protecting property
  • Working collaboratively while delivering excellent service

About You

As a successful candidate, you should possess:

  • A friendly, warm, customer-focused approach
  • Strong attention to detail, great time management, and ability to work independently
  • Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping
  • Physical fitness and comfort with active, hands-on work (e.g., lifting, bending, walking stairs)
  • Confidence using cleaning tools, products, PPE, and site vehicles like buggies
