Holiday Park Manager Position">

We are seeking an experienced couple to take on a leadership role in the operation of our holiday park. The ideal candidate will have strong management skills, be able to work closely with directors and have a hands-on approach to daily operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of day-to-day operations, acting as business partners to control costs and drive profitability, developing and improving park facilities, and leading a supportive team in a collaborative environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Financial Management and Administration Experience: A proven track record of effective financial management and administration is essential for this role.
  • Sales and Marketing Expertise: The ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies is critical to driving revenue growth.
  • Leadership and Team Motivation Skills: Strong leadership and team motivation skills are necessary to lead a high-performing team and achieve business objectives.
  • Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution Abilities: The ability to resolve conflicts and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment is crucial for success in this role.
