**About us**:
Breeze Holiday Parks is hiring a Caravan Park Caretaker Couple to join our team at this great location. Working alongside lovely Park Manager's you will work closely with the small team at Eildon to ensure all park amenities, grounds and housekeeping is maintained to a high standard. A friendly and helpful customer service disposition is required to greet our guests and annuals and assist them in enjoying their stay.

With panoramic views of surrounding mountains, positioned right on the banks of the Goulburn River and just minutes from Lake Eildon, Breeze Holiday Parks - Eildon is a destination you'll keep returning to.

Boating, swimming, canoeing, waterskiing and fishing are among a long list of water sports the area is famed for and if it's not your thing, there's a network of trails made for the keen hikers or mountain bikers.

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a motivated, eager, and hard-working couple/team to join our BIG4 Breeze Holiday Parks - Eildon. You will be required to assist the current Park Manager's with the day-to-day management and operations of the caravan park. Eildon is a pet friendly park which has 2 pools, jumping pillow, dog run, 16 cabins, small bunkhouse, 140 Annuals and 120 powered and unpowered sites.

We are seeking an energetic and friendly couple to work with our Park Manager's and continue to improve Eildon as a wonderful destination park in Victoria.

**Ideally, attributes/experience you will need to have (or be prepared to share duties as described below)**:
**Person 1**:
**Strong Grounds/Maintenance Experience - Lead all Grounds works**
- Experience with Septic Treatment systems and Water Treatment system and Pool maintenance desired.
- experience with grounds management, organising daily roles of staff.
- minor maintenance works including cabin maintenance and amenity improvements
- Ability to problem solve and use initiative to prioritise Park requirements

**Person 2**:

- Reception*/Front Office Experience and Grounds/Maintenance Experience.
- Experience in RMS9+ or similar booking software.
- Housekeeping as required
- Ability to work well with others.
- Flexibility to assist other departments and work well as a team.
- Strong administrative skills and computer literacy.
- Exceptional customer services skills.
- Enthusiasm and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A great 'can-do' attitude
