We are seeking an experienced professional to join our high-performing team as a Senior Case Manager.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual to make a positive impact on our workplace culture and customer experience.

You will be responsible for providing expert advice, driving case management excellence, and leading processes across a range of matters including misconduct investigations, coaching People Leaders, representing us externally, partnering with business portfolios, leading projects, and maintaining compliance in ER records and documentation.

You will also have the opportunity to shape and deliver ER projects and initiatives that drive business growth and improvement.
