Key responsibilities include employment screening, analysing data, reporting, HR system review, workplace relations, professional relationships, and staying up-to-date with current legislation, awards, agreements, directives, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:- Tertiary Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Law, Industrial Relations, Public Policy, or related fields are highly regarded but not required.
