About The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our team as an Employee Relations Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about fostering positive workplace cultures and providing expert advice on employee matters.

As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for partnering with senior leaders to deliver high-quality HR support and guidance. You will provide timely and practical advice on workplace issues, including performance management, grievances, and investigations.

This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of employment law, and the ability to navigate complex situations with diplomacy and tact. If you have a proven track record in HR advisory roles and a passion for employee relations, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on HR and employee relations matters to senior leaders
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Coach and guide managers on people management and compliance with legislation
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to process improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in HR advisory roles, with a strong focus on employee relations
  • Sound knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial relations frameworks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proven ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders
