Vocational Education Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Lead to partner with vocational education program teams to craft exceptional resources that meet and exceed training package requirements.
- Key responsibilities include facilitating collaboration with peer roles across the university to ensure a unified approach to vocational learning and assessment tool development.
- Engage with the learning & teaching innovation team and the learning & teaching delivery teams to foster an environment where excellence in education can flourish.
- Manage small teams and possess strong project management skills.
The successful candidate will have:
- Expert knowledge of assessment requirements for training package qualifications and accredited courses.
- Demonstrated experience in developing training and assessment tools for vocational educational settings.
- Highly developed skills in vocational assessment design and mapping assessment tools to training package units of competency.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Australian qualifications framework (aqf) level 5 diploma or above in teaching and learning, including supervised teaching practice and studies in teaching methodology.
