Vocational Education Trainer

About this role:
Federation TAFE delivers vocational education and training through Federation University Australia.
This position involves delivering and assessing high-quality VET programs, encompassing all aspects of the learning cycle. This includes managing the end-to-end learning process for students from initial inquiry to final assessment using various teaching strategies.
You will have the ability to research, develop, and implement innovative teaching curriculum while effectively utilizing online learning platforms and technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to complete administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, deliver, and assess training programs
- Monitor, assess, and record student attendance, progress, and results
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Evaluate teaching and learning resources
To be successful in this position, you will require a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or a diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education plus current registration as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse. A valid Working With Children Check is also required.
