- Leadership experience in vocational education and training.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
- Relevant vocational qualifications and current industry currency.
- Strong knowledge of ASQA Standards and delivery compliance.

About You:- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support trainers.
- Ability to maintain delivery standards aligning with compliance requirements and student success.
- Experience in facilitating team meetings, onboarding new trainers, and providing coaching and feedback.
- Lead trainers and assessors to deliver exceptional training and assessment.
- Maintain performance, SLAs and delivery standards to ensure compliance with ASQA and internal policies.
- Provide guidance and support on student queries, feedback and complaints related to trainers.
- Collaborate with the Academic Operations Lead to implement new processes, quality improvements and initiatives.
