This is a pivotal role in partnering with vocational education program teams to craft exceptional resources that meet and exceed the requirements of training packages. Effective collaboration will drive business outcomes and facilitate innovation.

  • The successful candidate will empower educators through active engagement with the Learning & Teaching Innovation team and the Learning & Teaching Delivery teams, fostering a culture of excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating strategic projects and possessing strong project management skills.
  • Developing high-quality training and assessment tools applicable to a range of business programs or disciplines in a vocational educational setting.
  • Maintaining expert knowledge of assessment requirements for Training Package qualifications and accredited courses.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in the development of training and assessment tools.
  • Highly developed skills in vocational assessment design and mapping assessment tools to units of competency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) Level 5 Diploma or above in teaching and learning.
