Vocational Education Professional

Vocational Education Professionals are essential to shaping the future of education. As a VET - Community Services Educator, you will be part of a passionate team delivering high-quality vocational education and training programs.
The role requires adapting and customising programs to meet learners' and clients' needs, from certificate level through to diploma and associate degree levels. We seek educators with vocational experience in community services, preferably in mental health, alcohol and/or other drugs, counselling, or family violence.
To succeed, you must have:
- vocational experience relevant to the community services sector;
- the ability to implement high-quality teaching and learning programs that respond to diverse student learning needs;
- experience in developing and conducting training programs for industry and the community;
- awareness and understanding of Vocational Education and Training policies and frameworks;
You will require relevant qualifications, such as a degree or vocational qualification in community services or a related field, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122).
