Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Quality Lead to partner with our Vocational Education program teams in crafting exceptional resources that meet and exceed the requirements of training packages.

This position will facilitate collaboration with peer roles across the organization, ensuring a unified and cohesive approach to the development of impactful vocational learning and assessment tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expert knowledge of assessment requirements for Training Package qualifications and accredited courses
  • Demonstrated experience in developing training & assessment tools applicable to various business programs or disciplines within a vocational educational setting
  • Highly developed skills in vocational assessment design and mapping assessment tools to the training package units of competency
  • Demonstrated experience in project management within education environments, exposure to Agile methodology (preferred but not mandatory)

Requirements:

  • Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) Level 5 Diploma or above in teaching and learning which includes supervised teaching practice and studies in teaching methodology or equivalent qualification accepted by the institution
