Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Graduate Program participant. This 6-month co-op opportunity is designed to provide work-integrated learning and professional development within our Oceania and Asia Pacific businesses.

As a Graduate, you will report directly to department heads and experience multiple disciplines, including international Supply Chain and Logistics operations. You will support the Marketing Manager in various tasks, such as demurrage and detention charges administration, marketing reports, studies, and statistical analysis.

This role includes timely report preparation, commercial processes, pricing, trade reporting, consortium setup, and settlement process assistance. You will have the opportunity to rotate through related teams and gain valuable insights into our business operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in a business-related discipline
  • Sound computer skills, including intermediate Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Logical and strategic thinking
  • Well-developed communication and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
