Logistics and Supply Chain Professional

We are seeking an experienced Logistics and Supply Chain Professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of deliveries, stock integrity, and supply chain performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with a minimum of 5 years' experience working within an FMCG environment. You will be responsible for overseeing daily transport activities, identifying and resolving supply chain issues, and leading the planning and coordination of transport to meet customer delivery requirements.

You will work closely with senior management, sales, customer service, and operations teams to ensure alignment between supply chain activities and business requirements. Additionally, you will build and maintain effective relationships with transport providers, 3PL partners, and internal stakeholders to achieve optimal supply chain performance.

In this role, you will oversee the management of internal sites and external 3PL partners, proactively identify and resolve supply chain issues, lead the planning and coordination of transport, and monitor pallet usage and reconciliation to ensure accuracy, accountability, and cost control.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily transport activities across internal sites and external 3PL partners.
  • Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve supply chain issues.
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and monitoring of transport to meet customer delivery requirements.
  • Monitor pallet usage and reconciliation to ensure accuracy, accountability, and cost control.
  • Negotiate, implement, and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with carriers, vendors, and 3PL partners.
