International Supply Chain Professional

International Supply Planners play a key role in delivering strong in-store availability and contributing to the performance of the portfolio. This opportunity focuses on collaboration with international suppliers and internal stakeholders.
The International Supply Planner will be responsible for delivering supply chain planning solutions that minimize working capital and supply chain related costs.
- Provide long term planning to support purchasing and replenishment approaches for planned and unplanned events.
- Manage day-to-day supply to meet current business expectations for working capital, availability, and stock cover.
- Collaborate with suppliers to adapt production and container loading operations for cost reductions and efficiencies.
- Provide insights to Merchandise teams on sourcing trends, alternatives, free trade opportunities, costing tools, and legislative requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve the end-to-end international supply chain and implement initiatives.
About Your Skills:
- Understanding of supply chain planning principles, finance, stock management, and inventory control.
- Experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably with exposure to planning and inventory management.
- Advanced problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and challenging processes.
- Knowledge of retail industry and FMCG markets, combined with analytical and modeling skills.
- Proficiency in statistics, forecasting, and replenishment methods.
- A track record of meeting deadlines and producing quality results.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
