About the Job

This position will involve managing a team of supply chain professionals, ensuring that mid- to long-term production and material plans are in place for assigned plants/lines in line with approved business strategies.

  1. Develop comprehensive end-to-end supply chain plans for items produced internally and externally, taking into account market trends, consumer behavior, and operational efficiency.
  2. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their key performance indicators (KPIs).
  3. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including manufacturing, marketing, sales, materials, and replenishment teams, to drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, leveraging data and analytics to inform your decision-making and optimize supply chain operations.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, with a strong understanding of logistics, transportation, and inventory management.
  • A degree in a relevant discipline, such as supply chain management, business administration, or economics.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
