Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

 

As a seasoned professional in the field of supply chain management, you will be responsible for leading collaborative opportunities and driving improvements that benefit both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead a team of professionals to add value to both internal and external supply chains
  • Collaborate with internal and customer teams to meet customer demand and replenishment needs
  • Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure performance targets are achieved

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Supply Chain, Planning, and/or Logistics role in FMCG environment
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external audiences
  • Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to adapt to change
  • Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel capabilities
  • Experience in managing others, either directly or indirectly, and willingness to develop people
