International Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

About this role
We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a International Supply Chain Optimization Specialist. This is a critical role in supporting our Commercial network, handling international volume departures from Australia to multiple offshore destinations.
This opportunity will challenge you to optimize our e-Commerce supply chain, working closely with internal stakeholders and external parties. As an expert in logistics and operations, you'll play a key role in driving efficiency, reducing costs, and improving customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Review and process invoices for payments, ensuring accurate reconciliation against vendor rate cards.
- Prepare and submit billing files and supporting documents to customers.
- Analyze costing and billing activities to identify areas for improvement.
- Present analysis to relevant stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for optimization.
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Support new customer onboarding, including systems, processes, and training.
About you
You'll need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in freight forwarding, job costing, and DDP Payables and Receivables. Excellent communication and presentation abilities are essential for success in this role.
