Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Supervisor to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for ensuring a warm welcome and memorable stay.

Responsibilities
  • Greeting guests and managing check-in/check-out processes
  • Understanding guest needs and personalizing their experience
  • Leading the front desk team to ensure smooth operations
  • Proficiency with front-office systems, including Opera Cloud
  • Responding to guest inquiries professionally and warmly
  • Adhering to WH&S policies for safety
  • Assisting other departments as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a 5-star hotel environment

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility and problem-solving abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Availability to work on rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Current RSA and First Aid certifications preferred
