Corporate Living Accommodation seeks an experienced and enthusiastic Front Office Supervisor to deliver exceptional customer service and provide outstanding support to our guests.Key Responsibilities include:• Managing the day-to-day operations of the front office team, including training and development.• Providing hands-on assistance with various activities, such as managing occupancy and room allocations, identifying opportunities to upsell and upgrade, invoicing and accounts receivable, settlement of accounts and some administration, handling and resolving complaints, and training others in the operations of the reception area.• Thriving on providing exceptional customer service and anticipating guest needs, making suitable recommendations for their stay.Requirements include:- Previous experience in an accommodation business.- Ability to work autonomously and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.- High standard of personal presentation, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.- Proficient skills in using Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, and Outlook, and proficient skills in accommodation/reservation software.- Excellent organisation and time management, and ability to multitask.
