About the Role

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team, reporting to the Front Office Manager. Your diplomacy and guest service skills will ensure every guest leaves with a positive impression.

This is an opportunity to build memorable connections with guests and hotel teams, working across multiple venues including The Darling, The Star Event Centre, and The Lyric Theatre.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly, efficiently and courteously to guest requests during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.
  • Answer reservations inquiries via phone or email in a timely manner.
  • Maintain professionalism and ensure procedures are followed regarding guest confidentiality and company policies.

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive guest service experience in Front Office/Guest Services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with knowledge of hotel check-in systems.
  • Ability to speak a second language.
