Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our Front of House team at Catseye Pool Club Restaurant.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and possess strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and train a team.

About the Opportunity
  • Oversee daily service operations across our premium restaurant and bar to ensure smooth, high-quality service.
  • Lead by example – mentoring and motivating the team to deliver warm, polished service that exceeds customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and drive business growth.
  • Maintain high standards of food and beverage service, including wine knowledge and cocktail expertise.
  • Train staff in service techniques, guest engagement, and product understanding to enhance overall service quality.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the team to foster a positive work environment.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences, anticipating needs and going above expectations.
  • Uphold high standards of food and beverage service, including wine knowledge and cocktail excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain high hygiene and presentation standards throughout the venue.
Requirements
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel, or fine dining venue.
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and train a team.
  • Solid wine service knowledge and awareness of current food and beverage trends.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Calm under pressure with a polished and professional demeanor.
  • RSA certification or willingness to obtain prior to starting.
