About Your Role
  • Ensure smooth, high-quality front-of-house operations
  • Lead, mentor, and support staff in fostering a positive work environment
  • Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations with warm, professional service
  • Uphold high standards of food and beverage service, including wine knowledge and cocktail excellence
  • Train staff in service techniques, guest engagement, and product understanding
  • Comply with RSA requirements and safety protocols
  • Maintain high hygiene and presentation standards throughout the venue
Required Skills
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and train a team
  • Solid wine service knowledge and awareness of current food and beverage trends
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Calm under pressure with a polished and professional demeanor
  • RSA certification or willingness to obtain prior to starting
