You'll be a polished hospitality professional with proven experience in luxury or 5-star hotel environments. While formal training experience is desirable, your ability to coach, mentor, and inspire teams is what matters most. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a dedicated people development role while staying connected to the world of luxury guest service.
To be successful, you'll need- Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in luxury hospitality operations
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage, inspire and motivate learners
- A valid driver's licence and the ability to live on-island or commute five days per week from nearby Airlie Beach
- Previous supervisory and/or workplace training experience in a hotel or luxury hospitality environment
- Certificate III (or above) in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or equivalent (Desirable)
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent (Desirable)
