Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent primarily for our Engineering and Product roles.

Your exceptional sourcing skills and passion for creating a seamless candidate experience will be crucial in setting you up for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Taking ownership: proactively identifying, engaging, and attracting the best Engineering talent in the market.
  • Being well-networked: being plugged into the tech scene and having a talent pool of tech candidates at your fingertips.
