Are you a results-driven professional with a proven track record in sales, marketing, and pre-sales? Do you have a strong understanding of the IT distribution industry and a desire to drive business growth and success?

This exciting opportunity will see you joining our dynamic organisation as a key member of our team. You will be responsible for developing and executing business plans, managing performance against Key Performance Indicators, and building strong relationships with vendors and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business plans to drive revenue growth and profit maximisation
  • Provide clear direction to sales, marketing, and pre-sales teams on vendor strategies and priorities
  • Manage performance against Key Performance Indicators using data sources
  • Boost sales and grow share of wallet through proactive initiatives and strategic partnerships
  • Build strong personal relationships with vendors and partners

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree qualification preferred
  • Minimum High School certificate
  • Diploma in IT or related field highly regarded
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in IT distribution as an outbound account manager or BDM
  • Appropriate vendor product sales certifications
  • Good understanding of channel business and existing reseller partner relationships in Australia or New Zealand
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity technology highly regarded
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, devise process, and manage time and prioritisation
  • Superior communications skills and ability to establish strong relationships with internal and external customers/vendors
