Atlassian is seeking a seasoned Mid-Market Sales Specialist - Cloud Solutions to join our dynamic team. This role requires a proven track record of growing mid-market accounts and creating alignment within internal account teams.

About the Role
  • We are looking for a sales professional who can drive revenue growth within the mid-market segment by developing and executing sales strategies.
  • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of quota-carrying Enterprise Software Sales Experience and a strong background in managing key customer relationships.
  • You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with mid-market clients, understanding their business needs, and proposing suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement named Account or Territory plans geared at maximizing expansion opportunities across a wide portfolio of products.
  2. Prospecting and qualifying leads within the defined mid-market customer segment.
  3. Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition to potential clients.
  4. Presenting contracts, pricing, and terms with mid-market clients.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health coverage, paid volunteer days, and wellness resources.
