Job Title: Business Development Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our business development efforts, driving growth and innovation in the concrete industry.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team and contribute to our success. As a business development leader, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and developing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plans to increase sales and revenue, focussed on value-added and sustainability products.
  • Build strong relationships with designers, engineers, and architects associated with existing and potential clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalise on them.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, sustainability objectives, and competitors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (not mandatory).
  • 5+ years of technical sales experience in the concrete industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong technical knowledge of concrete materials, applications, and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
