Tech Business Growth Manager

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a seasoned Tech Business Growth Manager to drive business expansion and achieve sustainability goals in the concrete industry.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic business plans to boost sales and revenue through value-added and sustainable products.
Buid strong relationships with designers, engineers, and architects associated with existing and potential clients.
IDentify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, sustainability objectives, and competitors.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to create innovative solutions for clients.
Provide technical assistance and support to customers before, during, and after sales.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of technical sales experience in the concrete industry.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong knowledge of concrete materials, applications, and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
