We're looking for an experienced Batcher to start ASAP at a busy plant in Burleigh Heads.

Full-time hours, competitive pay, and the opportunity to move into a permanent role with a national concrete supplier.

Role includes :

  • Mixing concrete batches accurately
  • Operating batching plant systems
  • Coordinating with truck drivers and site crews
  • Monitoring material levels
  • Following safety procedures and recordkeeping

To be successful, you'll need :

  • Batching or production experience
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • A current driver's licence and own transport
  • Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
  • Strong reliability and work ethic
