Ready-Mix Concrete Operations Manager

As a key member of our team, you will oversee the daily operations of our ready-mix concrete plant and building supply yard. Your responsibilities will include ensuring organized and efficient operations through opening duties.

Throughout the day, you will supervise yardmen, drivers, and dispatchers, scheduling their duties and overseeing execution to ensure high-quality work, timely deliveries, and customer satisfaction.

You will also interface with customers to sell additional services, assess their needs, and provide solutions, fostering positive relationships within the community and supporting business growth.

Key qualifications for this role include prior management experience in the industry, ready-mix concrete knowledge and experience, and strong communication skills. You should be able to clearly communicate goals and expectations to a team and balance competing priorities while meeting deadlines.
